On June 27, 2026, 10th Planet Airlock turns three. We’re throwing a party. And by party, we mean a Muay Thai seminar, a jiu jitsu seminar with a visiting 10th Planet Black Belt, lunch from one of our members’ restaurants, beer from another member’s brewery with all proceeds going to charity, and then whatever happens after that.

The Seminars
Muay Thai Striking Seminar with Willie Audifre | 9am to 10am | $50
We’re kicking the day off on the feet. One hour of dedicated striking instruction. If you’ve been training Muay Thai at Airlock or you’re curious about what our striking program looks like at a higher level, this is your session.
Jiu Jitsu Seminar with Willie Audifre | 10am to 12pm | $70
Willie Audifre is a 10th Planet Black Belt under Anthony Birchak and the co-owner of 10th Planet Tucson. If you train with Coach Chris Bennett, you already know the caliber of grapplers that 10th Planet Tucson produces. Chris relocated from Tucson to Texas to coach at Airlock. Willie is coming from that same program to share two hours of high-level 10th Planet jiu jitsu with our community.
Two hours. One visiting Black Belt. Coming to Bastrop.
You can register for one seminar, the other, or both. Space is limited and 10th Planet Airlock members get priority registration.
The Lunch Party | 12pm to 2pm | $25 per person
After the seminars, we eat. Lunch is provided by our friends at Neon Armadillo, a Tex-Mex BBQ restaurant owned by one of our own Airlock members. If you’ve had their food, you know. If you haven’t, June 27 is a great day to fix that.
Family and friends are welcome for lunch. This part of the day is open to everyone, whether you attended the seminars or just want to come hang out and celebrate with us. $25 per person covers the meal.
The Beer (and the Cause)
Beer is provided by Old Gregg Brewing Co., another business owned by an Airlock member. $10 gets you a refillable beer cup for the entire day.
Here’s the part that we’d like everyone to know: all beer purchase proceeds go directly to the We Defy Foundation, which provides jiu jitsu to wounded, injured, and disabled combat veterans at no cost. Our head instructor Rei Villa is a retired 20-year Army veteran, and the We Defy partnership is directly in line with Airlock’s mission since the beginning. Every beer you drink on June 27 supports a veteran getting on the mat.
This Is What Community Looks Like
The food at our 3rd Anniversary event is being cooked by a member. The beer is being brewed by a member. The visiting instructor is from the same 10th Planet Tucson lineage as one of our coaches. The charity benefiting from the day is the same foundation our gym has partnered with for three years.
This event was built entirely from the community that trains at 10th Planet Airlock. That’s what three years of building something real looks like.
