Alex started training in 2009, focusing solely on jiu jitsu in 2017. He’s a brown belt who knows both ‘how to win and how to take a loss.’ Alex has competed at Sub Hunters, Fight 2 Win, and Who’s Number One. Oh, and he likes to party.
Tyler started training jiu jitsu in 2020 at Gracie Bradenton in FL. Spending his first several years of training on the road, he had the opportunity to learn from generous, brilliant jiu jitsu experts from all over the US. He’s passionate about teaching highly detailed and technical jiu jitsu to beginners and sharing with others the life-changing effects of learning to fight.
Andrea started training jiu jitsu in 2021 at Gracie Bradenton in Bradenton, Florida. She spent her first year and a half training jiu jitsu while traveling full-time in an RV. With a background in filmmaking and an interest in women’s jiu jitsu, Andrea created the documentary American Jiujiteira which follows her own first steps in jiu jitsu as well as the stories of remarkable jiujiteiras across the country. Andrea now coaches the women’s classes and kids classes at Airlock.
